The Peace of Mind

 A Treasure Of Life

As a woman with a simple interest in life, allow me to share these with you.

I'm the type of girl who enjoys entertaining herself by watching anime, korean drama (kdrama), and science fiction (sci-fi) movies. For me, when I do these things, I find self-comfort and peace in myself that I don't think about any other problems since, as the firstborn who grew up in hardship, I feel pressured in life that I have to be practical in everything, but that's missing from my mind even for a moment, or even a problem with studying, which is stress-type as it's hard to adjust, especially the course I'm taking, as if there's no rest with the many requirements, staying up until dawn. I know that due to my hard work, I need to take a break from everything that worries me out so that I don't lock myself up or drown in anxiety. In life, it is not wrong to enjoy or find your own serenity where you can relax. Since we are aware that life is extremely exhausting and that we must simply maintain a state of balance,.

Reading books is also one of my interests, particularly novels or fiction stories. My problems or stress just disappear when I read; my mind forgets, even for a moment, the sadness and frustration I felt, especially when there is music; I just feel peace in my mind and joy in my heart. As a result, my understanding of English improved when I read, which was extremely beneficial to me, especially when writing essays. I just feel lost in the real world when I read, and it transports me to a world of fun.

I also enjoy listening to music that makes me feel relaxed. It lets me realize everything through the melody and lyrics. When I'm unhappy, I just select music that fits the situation and tear it up, and then I'm fine again. While I'm joyful, it allows me to hype myself and fully enjoy the moment, forgetting about anything awful around me. Music, particularly when I'm studying, helps me think quickly since it inspires me to finish it and be productive throughout the day, and it just feels lovely.

In conclusion, although I am not an introverted person, if the topic is about my interests in life, I'd rather be alone and do these things, considering that as a person suffering from severe depression and anxiety, I am quick to lose track of myself. But, to be honest, I'm just complaining about my academics, but I really love to learn about them and feel challenged by them. Of course, if you consider how many months you study in a year, you'll just let it consume you. Have fun and be yourself; find it, care for it, and cherish it. Peace of mind is just something you can do for yourself. As time passes and we become older, we forget that the peace of mind we seek is difficult to find since we no longer have time to escape from real life. So, if I were you, I'd cherish and treasure this time alone with you.

Accounting Experience at Philippine Christian University - DasmariƱas

What a voyage to be an accountant!

Good day everyone! Today I'll explain why it's an excellent choice to study accounting at Philippine Christian University. Let me share my amazing experience as an accounting student and motivate you to become an accountant or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) someday.

https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=2068097833572062&set=a.233591823689348

Our university offers a variety of courses, including engineering (civil, electrical, industrial, mechanical, and so on), information technology, nursing, political science, criminology, business administration (financial management, marketing management, operations management, and so on), and, of course, accounting.

Philippine Christian University (PCU) values each student's excellence. It's as if you're already good but still have room to develop. So, at the College of Business Administration and Accountancy, you will succeed through seminars and workshops that will broaden your perspective on accounting and the corporate world. You will be taught how to properly manage money in a business and how to apply it in your personal life. Since studying is not only academic but also about discovering oneself to learn in life,.

But, this time, accounting will be featured since, when I was younger, it was my ambition to work in offices or firms as I knew the pay would be good. I won't deny that it was one of the reasons I studied accounting because, as the eldest and growing up in a difficult family, I became practical in life in the sense that I needed money to support my family, and we would never go back to that time of how to make enough money for one week and for my tuition, which is simply not easy to do, which is not easy to earn money, and you really have to work.

I'm here today to motivate and inspire you that taking this course is well worth it, as it focuses not only on your potential high salary but also on the employment and opportunities that await you. This course is really challenging; after all, there are no easy courses; nonetheless, it will take you to a variety of professions, including attorneys and, of course, accountants, both of which are in high demand in our nation and in other countries with significant commercial firms.

As a student in this course, it's extremely difficult since studying is already demanding in the first year, but it's also enjoyable as you'll meet new people who will assist and make your college experience enjoyable. You will be overjoyed when what you are computing truly balances. It's also a lot of fun to study accounting, especially if you want to be a CPA and have that title at the end of your name, and it's a terrific feeling when you finish and pass the board exam. As a newcomer, it's normal to go through a lot of adjustments, and you should conquer all of them, as it's that hard effort that helps you understand that "I'm really strong" as you can handle all of the hard work. In life, you can't say you're successful unless you've gone through hardship, since that's the result of everything.

A Cash Flow Journey

Have Fun with Cash Flow

Come to learn more about cash flow. It is classified into three categories: operational, investment, and financial activities. When showing the cash flow of operating expenses via the direct and indirect methods. Examples of cash flows that are included and excluded from the statement. How interest and dividends work, and the required disclosure.

Statement Of Cash Flow

Direct Method

Indirect Method

Philippine Accounting Standard (PAS) 7, which is the Statement of Cash Flow, talks about how to identify and understand the statement of cash flows. It describes the sources and uses of cash and cash equivalents during the period. This section comprises cash flow, which includes both inflows (sources) and outflows (uses) of cash and cash equivalents. So, what are cash and cash equivalents? Cash comprises both cash on hand and cash in the bank. Meanwhile, cash equivalents are "short-term," highly liquid investments that can be easily converted to known sums of cash but are vulnerable to severe value fluctuations. Moreover, let's talk about the types of cash flow. First, operating activities are primarily determined by an entity's primary revenue-producing operations. Includes cash inflows and outflows on revenue and expense items, as well as those used to calculate profit or loss. Next, we discuss investing operations, which include the acquisition and disposal of non-current assets and other investments. The last classification is financing activities, which are those that affect the entity's equity capital and borrowing structure.

Let us now look at the general concept of preparing a cash flow statement. When preparing a cash flow statement, income is only recognized when it is collected. Expenses are only recognized once they have been paid. Only transactions involving cash and monetary equivalents are considered. Non-cash transactions are omitted and disclosed exclusively. Interest and dividends, where companies (with the exception of financial institutions) must classify cash flows based on interest and dividends. Only when your cash flow includes interest income do you have two options: operational activity and investment activity. Moving on to the next topic will be the presentation of operating cash flow. There are two methods for showing it. The first is the direct method, which shows each main category of gross cash receipts and gross cash payments. The second approach is the indirect method, which adjusts the profit or loss to account for non-cash factors as well as changes in operating assets and liabilities. Though PAS 7 does not require a specific method, both are valid. However, PAS 7 recommends the direct technique since it gives information that can be used to estimate future cash flow that the indirect method does not. Then again, the indirect method is more widely utilized since it is simpler to apply. Moving on to the presentation of operating cash flow. There are two methods for showing it. Investing activities include cash flow from acquiring and disposing of subsidiaries or business units that result in loss or gain of control, while financing activities do not. PAS 7 requires a reconciliation of cash and cash equivalents in the statement of cash flow, as well as significant cash and cash equivalents held by an entity that are not available for group use.
